Longing for the here and now
I find myself longing for vacation, for the beach (a nice warm beach).
Or maybe I just want to be anywhere-but-here-and-now-in-2020.
Or maybe, just maybe, I need to focus on the here and now. To pay attention. Like Mary Oliver says:
Listen - are you breathing just a little,
and calling it a life?
