What are your shipping rates?

I offer free shipping with orders over $100 in Canada, $150 everywhere else.   

Orders are shipped via Canada Post.  Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes charged by your own country.  

What does made to order mean?

Made to order means that each piece is constructed after your order is placed.  All work is completed in my home studio.  Each item is hand made and may not be exactly the same as the picture shown.  

How do I clean my jewelry and keep it nice?

Leonajeanne Designs jewelry is made from bronze and / or steel and gold-filled chain, earwires, etc.  The bronze only pieces are not sealed and may darken to a rich golden colour over time.  Steel pieces are treated to blacken and prevent rust.  Pieces can be buffed up with a soft jewelry cloth. 

My jewelry should not be immersed in water and should be removed prior to showering or bathing.
