Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

I offer, at my discretion, an exchange or store credit only if a piece is defective or damaged, within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning an item. If we agree to an exchange, you will be given the return address and an RMA number which must be included with the package. To be eligible for exchange or credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be returned before credit is issued and must be in sell-able condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Partial credits may be given for any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your exchange or credit will be processed. You will be notified of your credit or exchange.
