Meet the bronze {bead} dangles!
I have been calling this design "dangles", because the chain dangles from the bottom of the bead.
My beads and designs are versatile; very easy to mix and match, depending on your mood.
The "dangles" family has both a necklace and an earring that are one bead with a chain dangling.
Or one bead dangling below another bead.
You can find all of the dangles (with their real names) in my shop with the other pieces of my latest release.

Breaks, books and {bronze} beads
One of the things I like to do to relax is to read books.
I visited the Little Free libraries in the neighbourhood again and traded 3 books. The bottom two are my usual mystery / thriller genre.
But the top one had all the colours of the ocean and beach, so I figured it was meant to be! I'll let you know how it is.
PSST: The necklaces are now in my store.

New {bronze} jewelry pieces in action
Today, you get to meet some of my stacked bead creations in action. The horizontal stack necklace is called Petite Martinique.
The earrings are called Marquesas. You can see a wee bit of movement in the beads.
If you have been following along, you will know that I am about to release a number of new pieces in my Isles collection. These are all made from my bronze coral reef beads and gold filled chain.
If you want to be first in on the release, sign up to my email list. Insiders always shop new releases first (and just maybe get exclusive deals...).
Bronze and {steel} jewelry pieces
Remember when I first came back from the workshop in California and I introduced the bronze and steel combos?
This large bar was not finished in that it didn't have the blackening patina on it. I received the patina recently and decided I needed to finish it today.
I like it with the thicker rolo chain. I will be working on bronze and steel pieces after my upcoming release.
YOU can be first to shop new pieces exclusively by joining my mailing list. (And maybe receive special offers too, just sayin')
Bronze {bead} on gold chain - new necklace
Like my last post, this is about an updated design. This time, it's the vertical bead necklace, Pico Azores.
Meet Palomas - which means "dove" in Spanish. It's an island which fits my Isles Collection. Palomas will come in three bead sizes: large, medium and small.
Apparently, Paloma is also a tequila and grapefruit cocktail. Hmm, might have to try that this summer!
Want to be first in when I release Paloma and her sister new designs? Then sign up to me email below.
Bronze {bar} necklace
You may remember my Caprice necklace; a horizontal coral reef bronze bead on beadwire.
Well in my next release, you will meet it's cousin Lucia. Ooh-la-la, Lucia is a modern update on the horizontal bar necklace with my bronze hand carved beads, on a gold-fill rolo chain.
She will come in 4 sizes, from mini (1/2 inch) all the way up to large (2 inches) - you choose what suits you.
Want to be the first in to snap up a Lucia necklace? Sign up to my email list and you will always be first to know and shop new releases (along with the occasional surprise, just sayin').
{Bronze} earring egg-stravaganza
I know - silly Easter pun. I think we could all use some silliness in the face of the world situation right now, don't you?
These are all my coral reef bead earrings - current (Skye and Minoan) and those to be released vewy vewy soon. (The laughs just keep coming...)
Look for the collection release some time in the next week. AND if you want to be first to shop these lovely earrings, then sign up to my email list, pronto.
Peter Cottontail and {bronze} beads
Well looky who showed up in the studio this weekend.
Is it Peter Cottontail, hippity hoppin' around? Did he bring me any treats? Or is he hopping away down the bunny trail?
He could at least get off the beads and help me out with my collection release...
Happy Easter everyone!
PSSST: Hop on down below and join my email list. Then you can join the Bunny in being first to shop the new pieces.
She sells sea shells and {bronze} bracelets
Ok, so I am not actually selling these shells. But I am letting you peek at some of the fruits of my beach combing. You have seen these shells playing supporting roles in my jewelry shots.
I like this one because of the texture of the barnacles. Kinda looks like my coral reef beads, hey?!
This is a small moon snail. Look at that Fibonacci's spiral in the centre. Plus, I love the colour of the spiral, purply blue green (you could say oceany).
And this beauty is not from around here. It is a whelk shell from the gulf of Mexico.
Isn't it pretty??
PS: The bracelet will be part of my upcoming collection release. If you want to be first to shop the new collection, sign up to my email list and become an insider.
Bronze {coral reef} bead creations
As the days get warmer and longer during this time of upheaval, I really want to visit the beach.
I know, however, that it is likely the beach will have many bodies, even though I am sure they will be respectfully distant.
So I am making due with my beachy creations - a necklace and a bracelet - along with my beachy collections of shells and seaglass.

Hand help and {bronze} bracelets
I got my order from Nezza Naturals today. With the multiple hand washings (and dryings) and sometimes not being able to wash, I decided I needed a bit of a kit for work.
The hand sanitizer was a collaboration between Nezza and and Victoria Distillers. They have been donating 20% of the sanitizer to local essential service workers.
I already loved Nezza Naturals, but this collaboration in the face of a pandemic is fantastic!
Have you found local businesses that have made a difference like this?
PS: The bracelet will be part of my upcoming release. If you want "in" first, please sign up with your email below.
